Multiculturalism is the civilization-destroying idea that all cultures are equal -- that a culture of barbarism (see the ethnic warfare throughout Africa) and of dictatorship (see Iran) is on par with the Western cultures that, by comparison, respect civilized behavior and individual rights. Based on this view, to claim that the West is superior, and to condemn any other culture's practices, is to commit the "crime" of ethnocentricism." Thus, we really have no right to criticize the brutal killing of "witches and wizards."
